Join Us!

The Evanston Children’s Choir accepts young people of all types, from anywhere, grades 2-12,* who simply love to sing and want to be a part of something special. Our Junior Choirs (beginners) and Intermezzo (intermediate) each meet once a week and are for kids and young adults who love to sing and would enjoy doing occasional performances. More advanced singers may be interested in joining our Concert Choir.  The Concert Choir is for kids and young adults who are more serious about choral singing and have the overall maturity, commitment and positive attitude it takes to be a part of our top group. The Concert Choir meets twice a week and does the ECC's high-profile performing and professional bookings.

TUITION: Tuition for the 2011-2012 Season is $150 per semester for the Junior and Intermezzo Choirs, and $195 per semester for the Concert Choir. In the spirit of complete accessibility, families in need pay only the portion of the tuition which they can afford, on an “honors system” basis.
It is our policy to not turn any child away because of money.

TO JOIN: Please contact us now if you are interested in joining us this January for our Winter/Spring Semester 2012.  All new singers must audition for placement.  For more information or to schedule an audition, please contact Director Gary Geiger at (847) 733-0814 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. *We are a treble choir.  We regret that we cannot accommodate boys with changed voices.
