Consider a Donation to the ECC?
The Evanston Children’s Choir accepts kids regardless of their means to pay. We do not turn any child away because of money. We set our tuition very low to start with, and families in need pay only the amount of it which they can afford, on an “honors system” basis.
Still, even if every family paid the full amount, tuition would still make up less than half of our operating expenses. In addition, our self-produced concerts are free of charge. We rely on the kind donations of friends, family, and friendly institutions to make up the difference. Won’t you consider helping us, or perhaps spread the word to others who might?
Corporate Sponsorship?
The ECC is currently looking for its first major corporate sponsor, ideally a business with a presence in the Evanston community that wants to support both kids and the performing arts in its own community. Our choir continues to grow in leaps and bounds every year, and there is no telling how many lives such sponsorship could touch. If you are in a position to offer such sponsorship, please consider doing so in exchange for generous promotion on our part in all forms: on our site, in our printed materials, and verbally at performances. For significant sponsorship, we could even offer a special performance at a nearby location of your choice.
